Overview

What BioinvestGPT BVCT is, the six DECIDE values, the 6-stage pipeline, and how to find what you need.

What is BioinvestGPT BVCT?

BioinvestGPT BVCT is a Data-Free Virtual Clinical Trial platform. A BVCT (BioinvestGPT Virtual Clinical Trial) predicts the clinical effect size and a clear GO/NO-GO recommendation for a drug program — derived from the drug's design and the underlying disease biology, not from proprietary patient data.

This is the core distinction from data-driven approaches. Conventional clinical prediction tools need historical trial data or patient records to train on. BVCT does not. It reasons forward from the molecule's structure and the causal biology of the indication to a quantified, decision-ready verdict — so you can de-risk a decision long before any patient is enrolled, and on programs where no comparable trial data exists yet.

BioinvestGPT welcome page

Use a BVCT anywhere a real trial would be too slow, too expensive, or simply not yet possible: validating a novel target, comparing differential drug designs, forecasting a phase-advancement readout, pricing a pipeline asset for M&A, or sizing a label-expansion opportunity head-to-head against standard of care.

Decision-support, not advice. BVCT outputs are model-based analyses to inform your own go/no-go and investment judgment. They are not investment advice. The platform's prospective track record is published at data.bioinvestgpt.com.

The six DECIDE values

Everything the platform does maps to six properties, spelled out by the acronym DECIDE. These are the values shown on the welcome page when you first arrive:

LetterValueWhat it means
DDrug-design-basedNo patient data, drug structure only
EEffect-size-quantifiedPrecise HR, ORR, PFS, OS predictions
CCausal-biology-drivenRoot cause, not black-box probability
IIndependent of prior dataZero proprietary data required
DDecision-readyPre-GO/NO-GO with commercial framing
EExact SoC-controlledHead-to-head vs. any standard of care

Read together: BVCT takes a drug design (D), simulates causal biology (C) independent of any prior data (I), and returns a quantified effect size (E) and a decision-ready verdict (D) benchmarked head-to-head against the exact standard of care (E) you choose.

The welcome page lets you type a question directly into the chatbox, or click Derisk End-to-End Pipeline to enter the Hub as a visitor. New here? Start with the Quick Start chapter for a 10-minute first BVCT.

The 6-stage pipeline

The Hub is your command center. It lays out drug development as a left-to-right timeline of six stages, from earliest (Variant Discovery) to latest (Label Expansion). Each stage is a card mapped to a real pharma decision gate, and clicking Start on a card opens the workflow pre-configured for that decision.

#StageDecision gateWhat it predicts
1Genetic VariantsVariant DiscoveryClinically de-risks human- and AI-generated molecular predictions across coding and regulatory genetic variants.
2FIC TargetsTarget Discovery → TCPPredicts clinical effect sizes for novel first-in-class (FIC) targets for any indication before committing to a Target Candidate Profile.
3BIC DrugsLead Optimization → CDPPredicts clinical effect sizes and safety signals for any-modality differential (best-in-class) drug designs before the Candidate Drug Profile.
4ProgramsClinical Development → phase advancementForecasts trial-ready effect sizes with patient stratification before a phase-advancement GO/NO-GO.
5M&APortfolio M&A → term sheetsIndependently validates pipeline asset valuations with predicted effect sizes before signing term sheets.
6IndicationsLabel Expansion → expansion investmentPredicts head-to-head effect sizes vs. standard of care before committing label-expansion investment.

Stages 1–3 open the Generator (the 3D knowledge graph and design surface); stages 4–6 open the Validator directly at the matching mission. Each card maps to a dedicated chapter:

All six stages run the same underlying engine and the same 5-step workflow (Predefine → Stratify → Generate → Approve → Transmitted). The card you start from just pre-sets the mission, the inputs it asks for, and the framing of the verdict. See the Missions Overview chapter for how the five validator missions differ.

How this guide is organized

This user guide is a set of focused chapters. There are three ways to find what you need:

Within a chapter, the box near the top (In this chapter) lists that chapter's sections. Numbered step cards walk through each workflow with a screenshot, and colored callouts flag tips, notes, and warnings.

Find your stage on the Hub, then open its chapter

Hub pipeline timeline with six cards

The fastest orientation is the Hub itself: locate the pipeline stage that matches your decision (Genetic Variants → FIC Targets → BIC Drugs → Programs → M&A → Indications), then open the matching chapter from the sidebar or from the I want to… table above. Click Start on a card to run that workflow live.

Tip: You can open this guide anytime via the Guide Me button in the left sidebar of the Generator and Validator, or by navigating to #/userguide in your browser.

Deep links are shareable. Any section has a URL of the form #/userguide/<chapter>/<section> — copy it from your address bar to point a colleague at an exact step.
