Quick Start

When you first visit, you will see the BioinvestGPT welcome page. It explains the six unique DECIDE values of the platform:

• Drug-design-based — No patient data, drug structure only
• Effect-size-quantified — Precise HR, ORR, PFS, OS predictions
• Causal-biology-driven — Root cause, not black-box probability
• Independent of prior data — Zero proprietary data required
• Decision-ready — Pre-GO/NO-GO with commercial framing
• Exact SoC-controlled — Head-to-head vs. any standard of care

Click "Derisk End-to-End Pipeline" to enter the Hub as a visitor, or type a question in the chatbox. Click "Guide Me" at the bottom to open this user guide.

Enter your corporate email and password, or click "Continue as Visitor" to explore without an account. The platform also supports:

• Social login — Continue with Google, Microsoft Account, or Apple
• Two-step verification — After password entry, you may receive a verification code by email
• Session lock — If you reload the page, re-enter your password to resume (HIPAA security)

The Hub shows five pipeline stages, each mapped to a real pharma decision gate:

• Targets — Before Target Candidate Profile (TCP)
• Drugs — Before Candidate Drug Profile (CDP)
• Programs — Before phase advancement GO/NO-GO
• M&A — Before signing term sheets
• Indications — Before label expansion investment

Click "Start" on any card to begin that workflow.

Enter your disease indication (e.g., "non-small cell lung cancer") and candidate therapy (e.g., "sotorasib"). If you have a ClinicalTrials.gov NCT ID, paste it to auto-populate trial details.

The platform generates patient strata, eligibility criteria, and protocol documents automatically. Each stratum gets its own predicted effect size. Download any protocol as PDF.

Verify the protocols you want to submit, then click "Approve Verified BVCT Protocols". Your BVCT results are saved to your pipeline history.
